Seafood Processing & Packaging One-StopProduction Process
-
01Raw Material Receiving
We purchase fresh seafood directly from major domestic regions during each season. All incoming materials undergo selection and freshness inspection to ensure optimal condition for processing.
-
02Preprocessing
Thawed raw materials are processed according to product specifications and washed three times. They are then salted using sun-dried salt aged over 5 years. Skilled professionals with 20–30 years of experience carefully handle preprocessing in a hygienic environment.
-
03Cold Air Drying
Freshly harvested seafood is carefully dried using controlled cold air to maintain quality, flavor, and texture, preparing it for further processing steps.
-
04Ultra-Low Temperature Quick Freezing (-50°C)
Products are rapidly frozen at below -50°C to preserve freshness and nutrients. Quick freezing minimizes cell damage, maintaining the original texture and taste of the seafood.
-
05Packaging
Products are sealed in hygienic packaging that meets food safety standards. Depending on the product, vacuum or container packaging is applied to ensure consistent quality.
-
06Metal Detection (-50°C)
All products pass through metal detectors before shipment to ensure there are no foreign materials or metal contaminants. Any product not meeting HACCP standards is immediately separated and rechecked to guarantee safety.
-
07Product Shipping
Verified products are stored in cold storage and shipped promptly. The entire process is managed systematically to deliver seafood to consumers in the freshest condition.
