From Processing to Packaging One-Stop Production Process
Step. 01
Raw Material Receiving
We directly source fresh seafood caught seasonally from major domestic fishing grounds. All incoming raw materials undergo careful selection and freshness inspection to ensure optimal conditions for processing.
Step. 02
Pre-processing
Thawed raw materials are processed according to product specifications, washed through a three-step cleaning process, and salted using sun-dried sea salt that has been aged for over five years. Skilled professionals with over 20–30 years of experience carry out the pre-processing in a hygienic environment.
Step. 03
Cold Air Drying
Instead of traditional natural air drying methods, we use clean and sanitary cold air drying facilities. Low-temperature drying preserves the seafood’s natural freshness and flavor.
Step. 04
Ultra-Low Temperature Quick Freezing (Below −50°C)
Products are rapidly frozen at temperatures below −50°C in a short time, preserving freshness and nutritional value. Quick freezing minimizes cell damage, maintaining the original texture and taste.
Step. 05
Packaging
Products are sealed using hygienic packaging materials that meet food safety standards. Depending on product characteristics, vacuum or container packaging is applied to ensure consistent quality.
Step. 06
Metal Detection
All products pass through metal detectors prior to shipment to thoroughly inspect for foreign substances and metal contamination. Any products that fail to meet HACCP standards are immediately sorted and re-inspected to ensure safety.
Step. 07
Product Shipment
Verified finished products are carefully stored in frozen warehouses and promptly shipped. The entire process is systematically managed to deliver products to consumers in the freshest condition.
